His success in solving complex customer challenges has fostered a consultative sales approach, naturally leading to a distinguished career in FinTech. Over the years, he has held pivotal roles, including Director and independent consultant positions. Notably, he has served as Payments and Product Director at Luxon, Consultant at Avnode and Arvato, Director at Earthport, Director of Global Payments for Bertelsmann (Google), EMEA Account Director at FIS, and Business Development at WaveCrest Inc.

Richard is the Chief Technology Officer at NovetraSys, he is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in payments, fintech, and business development. Technologically and commercially skilled, he has a proven track record of product innovation, successful technical delivery, company building, fundraising, and strategic leadership. Richard has held prominent roles such as Chief Product and Technical Officer at NTT Docomo and Commercial and Technical Director at HP, as well as advising various payment tech and crypto companies. With experience across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, he has successfully exited a payment gateway business, raised capital through equity and token offerings, and managed large global teams with multi-million-pound P&L responsibility.
